Data Deletion Guide

1. Delete All Data Inside the App (Recommended)

This is the primary and most complete deletion method. It permanently removes all locally stored Ras Kids data from your device without uninstalling the app.

1. 1Open Ras Kids and enter your parent PIN to access the parent dashboard.
2. 2Navigate to Parent Settings → Profile → Device & Privacy.
3. 3Tap Delete All Local Data.
4. 4Enter your parent PIN again when prompted.
5. 5Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete everything.
6. 6The app will reset to its initial setup state. All data listed below is permanently removed.

The following data is permanently deleted by this action:

• Parent and child profiles (name, avatar, phone number)
• Parent PIN hash and all authentication data
• App whitelist and blocking rules
• Session time limits and bedtime schedules
• App usage statistics and screen-time data cached by the app
• All local settings and UI preferences

This action cannot be undone. All parental control configuration will be permanently erased. You will need to set up the app again from scratch if you continue using it after deletion.

2. Delete Server Account Data

Delete All Local Data (Section 1) signs you out and wipes on-device parental-control data, but does not automatically erase your parent account or entitlement history on our servers.

To request deletion of server-side account data:

1. 1Email [email protected] with subject: Ras Kids — Account Deletion Request.
2. 2Include the +251 phone number you used in the app.
3. 3We will verify ownership and delete or anonymize account, entitlement, and device records within 30 days.
4. 4Crashlytics logs (if any) are handled separately — see Section 4 below.

3. Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Ras Kids from the device removes the app and its associated local storage. This is equivalent to deletion for all locally stored data, subject to Android system backup behavior on your device manufacturer.

1. 1Open Android Settings on your device.
2. 2Go to Apps (or Application Manager, depending on your device).
3. 3Find and tap Ras Kids.
4. 4Tap Uninstall and confirm.

If Google Drive or your manufacturer's backup service has backed up app data, you may also want to:

• Go to Settings → Google → Backup and remove Ras Kids app data from your Google Drive backup
• Check your device manufacturer’s cloud backup settings (Samsung Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.) and remove Ras Kids backup data if present

4. Data Held by Third Parties

4.1 Google Firebase Crashlytics

If the app crashed during your use, technical crash diagnostic logs may have been automatically transmitted to Google Firebase Crashlytics over HTTPS. These logs may include device model, Android OS version, app version, and crash stack traces. Ras Innovate does not host these logs — they are stored in Google's infrastructure.

To request deletion of Crashlytics-related crash data:

1. 1Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Ras Kids — Crashlytics Data Deletion Request.
2. 2Include in the email: your device model, approximate date(s) of app use, and app version if known.
3. 3We will acknowledge your request within 30 days and assist with any applicable Firebase data deletion process.
4. 4For direct requests to Google, refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4.2 Supabase (account database)

Parent phone numbers and entitlement records are stored in Supabase (EU). Ras Innovate controls this data. Request deletion via email as described in Section 2.

4.3 Google Play

Your download of Ras Kids via Google Play creates a record in your Google account's purchase and download history. This is managed by Google, not Ras Innovate. To remove it from your Google Play history, refer to Google Play's help documentation.

5. What We Cannot Delete

Important: We cannot remotely wipe on-device data — only you can delete it using Section 1 or uninstall. Server account deletion requires a written request (Section 2).

Specifically, we cannot:

• Remotely wipe your device or local app data — use in-app deletion or uninstall
• Delete server account records without a verified email request
• Delete Google Firebase Crashlytics data directly — we can only assist with the request process
• Delete data from third-party OEM backup services (Samsung Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.) — contact your device manufacturer for those
