Good to know: Because Ras Kids v1 stores all data locally on your device, you are always in full control. There is no Ras Innovate account to close or server data to request. The fastest and most complete deletion method is the in-app delete flow described in Section 1.
1. Delete All Data Inside the App (Recommended)
This is the primary and most complete deletion method. It permanently removes all locally stored Ras Kids data from your device without uninstalling the app.
- Open Ras Kids and enter your parent PIN to access the parent dashboard.
- Navigate to Parent Settings → Profile → Device & Privacy.
- Tap Delete All Local Data.
- Enter your parent PIN again when prompted.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete everything.
- The app will reset to its initial setup state. All data listed below is permanently removed.
The following data is permanently deleted by this action:
- Parent and child profiles (name, avatar, phone number)
- Parent PIN hash and all authentication data
- App whitelist and blocking rules
- Session time limits and bedtime schedules
- App usage statistics and screen-time data cached by the app
- All local settings and UI preferences
This action cannot be undone. All parental control configuration will be permanently erased. You will need to set up the app again from scratch if you continue using it after deletion.
2. Uninstall the App
Uninstalling Ras Kids from the device removes the app and its associated local storage. This is equivalent to deletion for all locally stored data, subject to Android system backup behavior on your device manufacturer.
- Open Android Settings on your device.
- Go to Apps (or Application Manager, depending on your device).
- Find and tap Ras Kids.
- Tap Uninstall and confirm.
If Google Drive or your manufacturer's backup service has backed up app data, you may also want to:
- Go to Settings → Google → Backup and remove Ras Kids app data from your Google Drive backup
- Check your device manufacturer’s cloud backup settings (Samsung Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.) and remove Ras Kids backup data if present
Tip: We recommend using the in-app Delete All Local Data option (Section 1) before uninstalling to ensure a clean wipe, independent of backup behavior.
3. Data Held by Third Parties
3.1 Google Firebase Crashlytics
If the app crashed during your use, technical crash diagnostic logs may have been automatically transmitted to Google Firebase Crashlytics over HTTPS. These logs may include device model, Android OS version, app version, and crash stack traces. Ras Innovate does not host these logs — they are stored in Google's infrastructure.
To request deletion of Crashlytics-related crash data:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Ras Kids — Crashlytics Data Deletion Request.
- Include in the email: your device model, approximate date(s) of app use, and app version if known.
- We will acknowledge your request within 30 days and assist with any applicable Firebase data deletion process.
- For direct requests to Google, refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3.2 Google Play
Your download of Ras Kids via Google Play creates a record in your Google account's purchase and download history. This is managed by Google, not Ras Innovate. To remove it from your Google Play history, refer to Google Play's help documentation.
4. What We Cannot Delete
Important: Because Ras Kids v1 has no cloud account or server-side storage, Ras Innovate has no ability to remotely access or delete data stored on your device. Only you can delete that data using the methods above.
Specifically, we cannot:
- Remotely wipe your device or app data — there is no Ras Innovate server connection in v1
- Delete data that you have not removed using the in-app deletion or uninstall steps
- Delete Google Firebase Crashlytics data directly — we can only assist with the request process
- Delete data from third-party OEM backup services (Samsung Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.) — contact your device manufacturer for those

6. Future Cloud Features
If a future version of Ras Kids introduces cloud sync, remote parent dashboards, or account-based features, this Data Deletion Guide will be updated with account-level deletion steps before those features launch. The Google Play Data Safety form will be updated at the same time.
We will communicate any such changes through the Play Store update notes and in-app notice before cloud features become active.
